busy bee oh my goodness, today is officially my busiest day ever. i almost forgot how it feels like to be running here and there, do this and that. so anyways yesterday was mavis's dance performance at ntu. the SOP gang minus weilun was out in full force to support our dancer in disguise. (all these years i never thought mavis could dance) i bought sunflower for mavis but i left it in the fridge and forgot all about it.... end up reaching home around 1 plus, even though mum already asked for me to reach home early since we would be heading out early the next day. " tml i have to go see my late ah ma....." that was the sms i sent qiling when i came home.HAHA and she thought i was going to kill myself, so she called me immediately. when actually i was just going to the mandai crematory to pay my respects to my late ah ma since it's Good Friday. i wonder why qiling took my words so literally anyway. qiling's date for commissioning ball is darn funny. shopping with them was hilarious. after they left, i went shopping myself. and i actually bumped into my relatives on the way to my car. so embarrassing. as usual, relatives love to ask questions and i love to avoid answering questions. so i behaved in a way that said ' i am kind of in a rush?" therefore it was expected that my aunt asked me why i was in a rush. i just told her (with a straight face nonetheless), that i was rushing home to get my homework done. the funniest thing was they actually fell for it! note to self: check cashcard value before exiting carpark. there might not be an uncle behind my car to come forward and lend me a cashcard the next time. i love shopping. they call this retail therapy. and so it is. |
