you're hot then you're cold
Washington's weather today is as erratic as woeilin's mood swings when her period is here. bad weather aside, the trip was made awesome with splendid company! highlight of the trip might just be the entertaining talk on the bus ride home hoho

curry is love
my first taste of curry in US came in the form of leftover curry bee hoon cooked by the guys. it was exactly what i needed after a long day at work . delicious food aside, i swear if someone hands me money from their bras one more time, i will stuff their change in my bra.

the fallen
i have completely abandoned my daily US trip journal. it's utterly tiring to keep writing. in any case, summer's really here now and i am religiously putting on sunblock. my fight against the sun is a tough one here though.
i suspect i am getting fat. this is a rather disturbing thought. i curse the day someone invented cookies and fried chicken.
by the way, my mother is on facebook. this just goes to show how wrong the world has become.

good morning america!

hola! i have been really lazy in recording my time here in USA, since I hardly have the time or the good internet reception to do so.
but things are different now, at least with the internet part. i have moved out of the god-forsaken apartment and into our dream house.
the move was at insane 8am and we were all groggy from lack of sleep. the only chance we got to appreciate the house was at night after all the work, bank trip, grocery shopping, laundry and dinner.
i can't begin to tell you
how awesome the living conditions are here.
i have reliable internet for one. i experienced a minor happiness meltdown when i clicked on facebook and got in the next second. clicking on msn and not having the stupid troubleshoot window popping out left me deliriously happy.
everything is cleaner and bigger. the only downside is that i occupy the top bunk bed, which is a
serious obstacle to me staying
accident-free. i just know that one of these days, i am going to fall off that darn bed.
it is now officially my first month overseas and the general consensus is that TIME IS FLYING. i am trying to hold on and get as much out of my trip here as possible. part of me wants to go home but a huge part of me is enjoying life here.
the people i meet here are so awesome. so God please let time crawl.

tequila shots
i am damn high from tequila. instead of sleeping, i have resorted to sitting outside my apartment in the freezing cold to use the internet to type this. i blabber when i am high. don't know how to stop talking. i really should go sleep. oh it's cold. i have work tomorrow. cold

new york new york
new york is awesome. there is no other way to describe it. the bright city lights. the vibrancy, the people, the food, the shopping.. especially the shopping. i have lost my sense of touch in my left thumb from all the heavy lifting of shopping bags. can you believe that i went new york with 2 bags and came back with FIVE?
it's terrible. i took up 2 seats on the way back and even then it was a squeeze.
watching sex and the city 2 in new york is surreal. my memory of it is a little fuzzy probably due to the fact that I fell asleep halfway into the show.
i can't believe i fell asleep.
everyone back in new jersey is laughing about this. i go around and that's the only thing they talk about when they ask about my new york trip. now i need to know how and why carrie kissed aidan. yes, i slept right through that exciting cheating part.
ooh, i love the fact that i can wear anything i want in new york and still fit right in. new york's quirkiness is refreshing.
anyway don't worry guys, i bought lots of stuff for everyone! for the cost and effort in carrying the shopping back,
you guys better love me.
happy weeks ahead. oh dear, this is so awesome :)
