its good to be home;)
i woke up feeling extremely tired. i will never understand why some teacher just want to torture us by getting us to attend make-up classes immediately after our return from malaysia.
anyway i really learnt alot during this trip. it was a chance to get away from everything. i was glad that i had time to sit down and really talk to jinjen about my issues. yea, issues. i always seem to have issues about guys. after talking to JJ!, everything seemed to be alright somehow. she's a great listener and she gives great advice too. i'm glad she was my partner on the bus and roommate. though she really frightens me at times with her messy and unkempt hair.
i love staying at the Swiss Garden Resort Kuantan! firstly the room is nice and clean. And the bathroom is BIG. haha can squeeze like 11 people there? our( jj, jaslyn and me) room had a sucky view though. other people can see the pool or other nice thing but the only things we can see are the dustbins and the sweeping uncle.
oh oh ms ting totally transformed into someone completely different. she was actually... SMILING. can u believe it? she smiled so much that i was beginning to suspect whether any alien was tring to impersonate her or something. haha ok i am being ridiculous.
we got to visit alot of ulu places to get to see different physical landforms and stuff. the visit to the limestone cave was quite memorable. the limestone hill with the cave was actually a buddhist temple. we had to climb up the narrow steps which was really really steep. we were like walking vertically upwards. so scary! it doesn't help that some railings were really shaky and i have this fear of height. apparently we took only 7 minutes to reach the top cave. being inside the limestone cave was unbelievable. it was really humid within the cave. we were sweating and quite shaken( at least i was) after climbing the thousands of stairs. there were bats inside the cave! but we could not really see them. the second cave was super dark. actually they had lights inside the cave, but apparently the monk told us that the lights were stolen by someone. i am totally disgusted when i heard this. why would anyone do this. stealing from a temple!
ok lets talk about the food there. BUFFET buffet and more buffet. the first night we were so surprised with the food. there were So many nice food. the desert choices were especially exceptional. there were chocolate moose, pudding, tarts, cream puffs, cheesecake, chocolate cakes?! we all felt so pampered and we just kept stuffing our faces. the only downside was that there were alot of mosquitos. I remembered saying that perhaps the restaurant deliberately released the mosquitos so that no one would stay long. that way we won't eat much of the buffet!
haha see the chicken wings in the picture above? i decided to help everyone take the chicken wings so i went to the BBQ place and asked for 9 chicken wings. the chef took one look at me and asked: 9 chicken wings??? i nodded, temporary confused with the look of disbelief on his face. then it struck me~ he thought i wanted those chicken wings for myself! haha i quicky explained that i was taking them for my friends.
the bus ride from kuantan to KL was HORRIBLE! i remember being in a coma-like sleep on the bumpy ride. i woke up occasionally to get down the bus to either pee or eat.
upon reaching KL we went to some communication tower and then to times square where we did our shopping. times square is quite a cool shopping mall. its huge with i think like 10 levels? and it has a roller coaster within the mall itself. the whole buiding keeps shaking. shopping for me and jj were mad dashes from shops to shops.
*typical situation:
jj: argh there's nike!
me: arghhhh!!
-proceeds to run across like some madmen much to the amusement of on-lookers
i must admit the service in malaysia is vastly different from service here in singapore. the people there are sincerely helpful. even the salespeople in their shopping malls are much more friendly than those in Singapore. however, the salespeople tend to follow the customers everywhere they go. it can be quite irritating but i guess this behaviour is rather inevitable. amy was telling me that when she and atiqah split up. the salesperson stopped and pondered about who to follow. haha guess she had to choose the one that looked more inclined to steal something.
things lost on the trip:- my pencil - it dropped and floated down the river when i was busy tying the measuring tape to a pole in the middle of the river
- my jacket- location still a mystery
digusting things that occured:
- the KL Grand Season Hotel had polluted tap water that was brown in colour yucks
- the visits to the toilets
fun!:
- playing cards
- shopping at times square
- going to amy and atiqah's room for a chat
- playing games on the bus on the way home
things i bought:
- earrings RM4
- shades RM10
- nike bottle RM19
- espirit cap RM49.90
- chewing gumRM1
- malaysian version of CLEO RM6.10
things i will miss:
- sleeping in a hotel with friends
- the food?
i wish i was not so irritated with someone. otherwise it would have been a lovely trip. i'm glad to be back;)

when i say something like "i like taking photos with lily cause i don't need to bend" i mean just that. please do not try analysing and then interpretating it into something which has never ever crossed my mind before.
if i like tea, it does not mean i hate coffee drinkers right?
its a simple statement. accept that. don't fight it!;)
FUNTASIA:):):)our clique is never complete.the four of us in the picture + ginny volunteered to watch the performance so we had to wear tie. the performance was absolutely stunning.
we had to undergo a uniform check before we were even allowed into the hall.
obviously we were bored, so we started taking photos!
we wanted to act like we were all having a fight or something.
BUT the result abit unexpected.
jas either looks depressed or she's having a headache.
i look like i can't be bothered. amy's just happy.
ultraman!
lool like qiling right?

ok ginny's our new gang leader;)
yea~four more days to Kuantan trip. i must remember to bring oranges.

I give up.i'm sick and tired of all this. it wasn't supposed to be this hard. i have forced myself to stop liking himi can't stand it anymore.it's better to stop now Maybe I'd be better on my own
No one ever seems to understand me
It's easier for me to be alone
But there's still a piece of me that feels so empty
I've been all over the world
I've seen a million different places
But through the crowds and all the facesI'm still out there looking for you.
[Chorus:]
Where are you now?
I'm trying to get by with never knowing at all
What is the chance of finding you out there?
Or do I have to wait forever?
I write about the things I'll never know
And I can't find a moment just to slow down
It makes me think I'll never have the chance
To figure out what it's all about
So tell me what it's all about.
[Chorus]Where are you now?
I'm trying to get by with never ever knowing at all
And I still don't know
Where are you now?
I'm trying to get by with never ever knowing at all
What is the chance of finding you out there?
Or do I have to wait
Or do I have to wait
Or do I have to wait forever?
IK to amy: thanks for telling me that. it really woke me up. you made me realise that i'm just making myself miserable.

altogether now! say CHEESE
over the hedge!the tortoise is soo cute XP
came across the characters while walking along orchard road.xinying and me were super excited when we saw them. they were simply too adorable that we wanted to take a photo with them.piaky insisted on taking the photos instead of posing along with us since she thinks its too childish.
tadaa! the raccoon was cut out of the picture because piaky has bad photography skills. don't you think the tortoise looks cute? you should see the three characters dance along to the music. so adorable. they were just shaking their butts and waving them arms around.after taking the photos we decided to stop being distracted by the furry creatures and focus on our main aim of the day-which is to buy lily's present before she meet us in less than one hour.
piak chiew xinying and
rina!
haha rina the canoeist:) busy busy woman. getting a chance to even take one peek at her is so rare.
the BIRTHDAY GIRL is finally here. (she was 2 hours late!) meet sotong number two and sotong number 1. lily insists that she is sotong number two but i think she's more blur than me so she should be sotong number 1. i have short term memory but i'm not blur!
i like taking photos with lily:) why? cause i don't need to bendour group photo was taken 3 times by 3 different passer-bys before we were pleased with the photo taken. either lily was blinking too much or the people taking for us have never seen a camera before. i'm guessing its the former;)
lily chiewyee piakloo rina xinyingwe seriously need a clique name.i can't wait for kuantan trip!:):):)

test result:
You're single because you don't want to settle!
You, more than others, have a fairy tale fantasy of how things should be. Ever since you were a child, you've probably dreamed of the perfect wedding, coming home to a thatched cottage, dog, and 2.4 children (how does that work, anyway?). When someone asks what you're looking for, you don't skip a beat: You're likely to have a handy checklist that details your perfect partner. Hair and eye colour, height, religion, education, career, interests, the list goes on. While it's great to have standards -- you shouldn't have to settle, after all -- there's one slight glitch in your master plan: no one has made the grade in real life -- at least not yet. Next time you're out with someone, stop yourself mentally checking that list, and give love -- and others -- a chance. That special someone who you've written off may be perfect for you after all…
What are u kidding me?

had a talk with khairi on the bus recently. i like talking to khairi. he's a nice person to talk to. i told him that. and that stupid khairi actually said that he do not like to talk to me! why??!! cause he's always depressed after talkin to me.-.- i think that it must be due to the fact that i am so successfull in all aspects of my life.hahahahah to this khairi rolled his eyes.i'm happy because i have nothing to be sad about;)khairi's sad because he have nothing to be happy about:((haha but i think the main reason khairi is sad is because he don't have girls swooning after him)how weird.meanwhile jaslyn's been having this unhealthy obsession with curry wok. "its the NICEST food in the world" haha yes jaslyn u sound so fake!! (i'm just kidding jaslyn don't whack me)i'm meeting my sa clique on sun! its lily's bdae tml(on election day? what were the odds?!) piaky i think we should come up with a clique name. any name will do. i'm sure any name u come up with will be nicer than jjqca!;) hahaha

gosh i am really starting to hate this blogskin but i can't be bothered to change it.
mavis is back! i am sooooo happy to see her. anyway mav i am really glad that we got together and talked about whatever that you missed out . though i realised u were mostly listening to me grumble about you-know-who. oh yea and i think u sleep too much.
i am starting to look forward to thursday cause of the 4J dinner! cindy was such a joy to be with(as usual). yanru and mav were constantly making me laugh. Finally luc and lun make such good guy company.=) if it wasn't for the stupid geo test the next day i would have very willingly stayed on.
my eyesight is getting from bad to worse. i actually thought that an auntie with short cropped hair and wearing pink from the top to bottom was lucas. i am so sorry lucas! its not you! its me!
my mum bought an ionizer for my room. the salesman says it would help clear my sinus. i sure hope it works.
and so napfa came and went once again. not surprisingly i failed. seriously i could have got a silver or maybe even a gold if not for my incline pull-up. haha but at least i acheived my personal aim. that's all that really matters. remedial class awaits me. cheers
