:(  stupid hair. today i woke up at like 4am because i couldn't really sleep the whole night. i guess i was pretty excited since this is my first hair show? Reached the location early and just ended up waiting and waiting, since i was the segment two model, thus effectively i was the less urgent case.(or so they thought. you thought wrong brother)and you know what? they decided to dye my hair red again this morning, so thanks to that, i have super duper red hair now. i was one of the last to be styled. and in the end, everyone was like" quick quick where's her dress!? do her makeup! Is she done with her curls??!" you should see me running around with heels and big rollers in my hair. note: comical sight don't even get me started about my makeup, i was so horrified when i looked into the mirror after she was done. it was so DRAMATIC in a very very exaggerated way. i was utterly speechless(in a bad way). the catwalk was fine. my dress strap which was almost breaking(just one tug and my dress strap would have snapped and god knows whether my dress would still be on me. probably not!) didn't manage to snap, i didn't fall flat on my face(yes even in 3 inch heels;) ), no one in the audience stood up and laughed at me, so i guess that was ok.  rushed off for tutorial in the afternoon. had a terrible time trying to remove my waterproof makeup with water and tissue paper. in the end, i just rubbed them off physically. the result, very smudged makeup, it was horrible, but i couldn't be bothered. argh tomorrow, the Italian hairstylist(remember the George Clooney lookalike? ha!) would be cutting my hair. please pray that he would keep my length and make my hair glamorous! hopefully magic hands(and scissors)! i am keeping my fingers crossed!  i swear i am never doing another hair show ever again. like what jaslyn said, the environment is just not for me. i admit i am too sheltered, but i just don't feel like doing things that i am not uncomfortable with, and this is taking up too much of my time, sleep, brain cells, and not forgetting my terrible sacrifice(i happen to like my black hair ok) note to self: chiewyee please do your tutorials like now. yes read them notes! note to you people reading, my hair is even red-der than in the photos. and much more damaged as well.
