jaslyn! if you are reading this. i am so sorry that i did not go school today! i had this terrible headache that just would not go away. so i will give you your surprise tomorrow! so be motivated to go school. its our last day! A01 won the class photo competition! we won a $50 NTUC voucher! imagine all the sweets and junk food we can buy with $50 dollars(i refuse to type in chocs) qiling is a total embarrassment to me and guanyou in NTUC you know the machine when you have to key in your pin number or something if you are paying by nets? she started PRETENDING that it was a telephone and she didn't stop after awhile. it lasted a full 2-3 minutes the horror. me and guan had to pretend that we didn't know who the hell she was we were quite successful until qiling decided to just reach into MY bag and grab my water bottle because she was thirsty after talking on the "phone" for so long. i think the cashier looked really terrified. i actually feel sorry for her( that she had to witness qiling's wild antics) i hate bus trips i really do. have you ever board a bus then forget to press the bell when the bus is reaching your stop? and then you remember that the bus is a loop service so you feel a little relieved. just a little as the bus drive around unfamiliar places (like NTU?) you feel a little unsettled then a little self-conscious as throngs of university students start boarding.(remember you are wearing your school unifrom!) you have your heavy school bag on one hand and plastic bags with food on the other you start to wonder how you are ever going to squeeze out of the bus without losing a hand or one of the many food in your hands you decided to message one of your friends about the ordeal so you struggled to reach into your bag while carefully balancing yourself you sent the message and waited your friend(yes jaslyn that would be you) replied saying "maybe you will meet your prince charming!hahaha..=D you know turn left turn right. better blog about this maybe its a common topic next time! HAHAHAH" firstly you realise you don't even understand what the hell she was trying to say secondly, you realise the bus was stopping at one of the stops in the university for way too long. you glance around. people started complaining and alighting the bus. it was then that you find out the bus has broken down you curse your bad luck and alighted you boarded another bus all the while the university students kept looking at you and thinking why a JC student was there at all. when the second bus finally(finally!) reaches your stop. you try to squeeze towards the direction of the door. the others give way BUT the gap they provide is so slim that even the skinniest person alive will never get through you start to wonder if you are ever going to get down the bus at all. so you wait for awhile the gap starts to widen it reaches a stage when just maybe you could squeeze through so you took the chance and jumped through (wishing deep down that they don't suddenly close off) you are out of the bus. you look at the jam-packed bus and swear to yourself that you will NEVER EVER forget to press the bell ever again. -oh yea and there's no such thing as finding a prince charming on a bus trip like that.- you reach home and realise you have a throbbing headache(from the lack of air in the bus?) the next day, your headache stubbornly persists on and you have no choice but to skip school so you stay at home in front of the computer typing this entry out. what a wonderful day. not |
