Is my car that conspicuous to the trained eyes of parking attendants? does it display characteristics of a owner who is highly likely to try and beat the system? if you said yes to the previous two questions, then i hate you and you probably don't like cute black nissan marchie very much. i am sorry but $30= 1.36hours of tuition. thankfully i saw this during lunch and it distracted me from my sudden loss of wealth: Richard, whoever you are, i feel for you.
